The Lavagnac championship golf course will be, without doubt, one of the most beautiful and natural golf courses in Europe. The 18-hole course will encircle the Chateau and meander its way through 300 acres of forest (of Mediterranean oak and pine). Extreme care will be taken to ensure the course follows the natural contours of the land - using old fashioned construction methods rather than the modern methods of bulldozing. Designed by golf course architect Ray Hearn, and inspired by co-owner Charles Cox (who played golf professionally at the highest level on the PGA European Tour), the course promises to challenge, stimulate and relax holiday golfers, dedicated amateurs and professionals alike.
